Excellent Customer Service I've been actively looking to a C63S AMG and had driven up north MG Laguna from San Diego and bottom line couldn't come to an agreement on sale terms. MB Temecula Service Dept went above and beyond. I have a 2016 CLA250 that was just out of warranty by time not miles and the Service Manager Phil and my advisor Jose worked with MB customer and took care of 2016 CLA250 that was just out of warranty by time not miles and the Service Manager Phil and my advisor Jose worked with MB customer and took care of my covering it under warranty which would have cost me a lot out of pocket otherwise. We made an appointment to drop our lease off and leave period. After arriving we were greeted by Rami who welcomed us and took us to his sales manager Jackie. Both Jackie and Rami were amazing, they listened to our concerns from our prior experience and convinced us that this one would be different.
