I have never experienced being talked down to as a woman until day 1 of entering this place of business. Unfortunately for me, my 23 Ford Explorer is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. It has been a te until day 1 of entering this place of business. Unfortunately for me, my 23 Ford Explorer is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. It has been a terrible buying/service experience since day 1 of test driving with our salesman calling his wife he was going through a divorce with a c word multiple times during our short test drive. Fast forward to an engine issue where the service manager, Mitch lied multiple times on our service issue and the condition the car was brought into the dealership. Along with all of the 100 times he uses the F word in one sentence to get his point across and multiple times addressing me and "women" and how they treat cleanliness of cars and maintenence, also including how sloppy his own wife is with his kids in the car! Keep up the good work degrading of women Mike Murphy! I know I personally will not be returning to this place of business! I understand you would rather have men in your place of business!!! More
