Our experience with Mike Murphy Ford exceeded our expectations. We originally came into town for bird seed at a local company, and ended up driving through the lot. We were approached within a couple of minutes by Anthony Davis, Salesman. He was helpful in determining our needs, and directed us to the area of vehicles best suited for us. After several hours of looking, comparing, and test driving quite a few different vehicles, we settled in on the vehicle we wanted. The negotiations were fair and without the typical pressure felt by other dealerships. We settled on the terms, but it was late in the day. We were offered to keep vehicle overnight to ensure it was the perfect vehicle for us. We returned the next day to complete the paperwork. Alicia Holden, Finance Manager was very helpful, informative, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable salesman he listened to what I wanted and showed me some vehicles that I described to him. He wasn’t pushy at all like some salesman are. A better vehicle buying experience. First time at this dealership. I must say it has been one of the best, less stressful car-buying experiences I've had in my 50+years. He spent half the day with me so I could evaluate several trucks I was interested in knowing I intended to continue shopping a few more places in the next week. I am impressed with his knowledge of the trucks I looked at and the current market. Answered all my questions and competed follow-ups we discussed without fail. I stopped my shopping this same day and believe we reached a fair deal on the purchase. Rarely am I satisfied with the way I am treated AND/OR the final transaction at a dealership. This one is different. I also appreciated the extra explanations I received about the dealership operations and a little about the owner. This place is extremely busy but we'll organized and efficient. Mr. Murphy happened to walk by while I was there and took the time to greet me and thank me for coming in. Nice touch.
