If Kevin didn't know the answer to my questions, he said he didn't know for sure and got back to me with the correct answer instead of just making something up. As a woman, I felt comfortable with the process and was never made to feel as though I was an afterthought, even though I was the buyer and the one with the checkbook. Unfortunately that hasn't always been the case with other dealerships. Well done Mike Murphy Ford. You may have just earned yourself a customer for life. More
