My experience was very similar to a large family bar-b-que, This was a low pressure, laid back, friendly shop call. If it was possible to give no stars, I would. They completed a service and had a charge 3 times the amount it was supposed to be before bringing it to my attention first. After calling out the terribl completed a service and had a charge 3 times the amount it was supposed to be before bringing it to my attention first. The service guys ar Murphys are great to me. They answer all my questions in language I can understand and get my car in for service as quick as possible. I would never go anywhere else even if it was che all my questions in language I can understand and get my car in for service as quick as possible. I would never go anywhere else even if it was cheaper for the same service. Love them. Sales I'm not so sure of. Helped my granddaughter get a car there and the salesman did very little to help her with a good deal. Not going to mention name but I will never buy a car from him again. More
