I managed an auto service repair facility about 20 years ago, so I know what good customer service looks like. I enjoyed the complimentary beverages and popcorn. I just moved to the area from Farmington. My preferred repair shop down that way was Fox Volkswagen in Rochester Hills. Before that, it was Williams Automotive Lansing. Trust is huge for me.
