We had been on a vehicle purchase hunt for about 2 years on and off. During that time I had been in touch with Jose a few times and went on a couple of test drives with him as well. There was never any pressure and he always answered my questions promptly. I stayed in touch with him because I liked how he interacted with me and hoped I would eventually find the right vehicle at Niello. Well it finally all came together and we ended up pursuing a certified ID.4 from Jose and Niello. It was as painless as could be hoped for and we also got a great deal. We love the car and most importantly we loved how we were treated. Thanks Jose!! More
