I have had nothing but great experiences with Niello. Specifically Ron, he has gone above and beyond. My car has had to have some major repairs that required and extended stay in the shop. I've been a fan of Niello Volkswagen for many years. I have never been disappointed in the attention that I have received when taking advantage of the maintenance facility for servicing my cars. Three years ago a small truck ran into me while I was stopped at a red light and totaled my lovely Passat. Everyone helped me get through with exceptional care in my purchase of my present car. I only had one week to get back on the road and Niello sales made my transition anxiety free. I'm still enjoying the Tiguan replacement and plan to keep all my auto care with Niello in the future.
