Cristian Beltran was our sales person this morning. We were very clear on how much we wanted to spend and the length of the contract term. After several negotiations, Cristian came back with the deal tha were very clear on how much we wanted to spend and the length of the contract term. After several negotiations, Cristian came back with the deal that was acceptable. I signed off on the offer, shook hands and away we go to fiance. So I thought. They brought me to another room were they wanted to add the new vehicle to my insurance before taking possession, which I have never done before when buying a car (another red flag) After waiting for over an hour to do paperwork, one of the last papers I received was the financial documents which both the monthly payment and length were changed. Cristian never told us that the in order to get us to the price we agreed upon they length of the term by 6 months. Reminder, I was very clear about the term and payment. Not once did they ever discount the vehicle. It would appear this was clearly a way to take advantage of me as an elderly gentleman. I asked for a manger and they said there was nothing they could do!! Even after we had a signed agreement to the terms. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY CLEAR OF THEM. More
