Of all the experiences we’ve had buying cars over the years, in my opinion Clyde struck the perfect balance of friendly, and efficient. We test drove multiple cars, which he suggested and retrieved willingly at nearly 8 PM on a Friday night and as a self professed “car guy” he knew every little aspect on each trim level, and answered all of our questions without steering us one way or another - just facts and prices to help us make OUR decision. When asked his opinion, he provided it, but not unsolicited. An important requirement for us was leather, but that was not offered on a trim in our budget, so as part of the sale, Danny in the DVA shop added leather to our Equinox LT. He was excellent, got us in immediately when we called, and the finished product looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier with our experience end to end at Nimnicht, we’ll be back for the next one when the time comes. More
