We also were assisted by Mike Sinclair, who came in on his day off to help close the deal and review the car specifics. We met with Jason Hartman to handle the financial aspect of the closing. Again, there was no pressure to buy extended warranties or other add ons. He explained the options but was respectful of our decision on them. This is a great dealership!! We previously had a VW Beetle and the service center at North Penn has always been top notch!!! HIghly recommend this dealership and the VW product!!! More

Worked a deal. Since we were under a time restraint (I had to get home) Greg went over the major features with me and told me to please call him anytime if I have any questions. Then it was off to finish the paperwork with Jason. He new that we had limited time so Jason had all of the paperwork ready to go. Explained the things that I didn’t understand handed me the pen, I signed and off I went. Greg & Jason we’re wonderful to work with & yes, I would buy another car from these guys. More

Very professional staff, excellent buying experience I was participating in Volkswagen's Buy Back program for my previous Passat. Even though Matthew wasn't involved with the Buy Back program, he guided me through the steps of the process and helped coordinate the buying of the new Passat so that it was scheduled immediately after the Buy Back process concluded. After the sale was completed, Matthew took the time to familiarize me with the new technology. He had me drive around the dealership lot and demonstrated the Park Assist function to parallel park the vehicle for the first time. More

He is knowledgeable and friendly, provides helpful information and truly cares about helping you find exactly what you want. After our initial visit, we emailed to see if we could see a Beetle with a sunroof. When we arrived, it was out front, air conditioning on and Tim was waiting to help with any additional tweaks and modifications. The car I wanted wasn't on the lot and I had already sold my car, so he ordered it in. Not only did they get my car in a day earlier than they promised but it was ready and waiting prior to our scheduled appointment time. Jason Hartman was helpful in reviewing the paperwork and helped finalize our pricing and additional options for coverage. Tim spent additional time after we finalized our paperwork, reviewing the technical components in the interior. He went as far as hand detailing parts of the car before we drove away to make sure it was in perfect condition. We are so happy with our experience that when my husband's lease is up in September, we will be heading back for a second new VW. More
