They worked with me to combine multiple services and handle a few unanticipated repairs into a one visit. The fact that they were so competitive with pricing and provided a loaner, just made it an effortless experience. I do not live anywhere near this dealer but on a recommendation, I purchased my car from them but I went to my local VW dealer for service which is 5 minutes from my house. Unfortunately, they are not the same as North Penn. The service, the people at North Penn and most importantly, the excellent and fair pricing means I learned my lesson. I will not go anywhere else for service for my Jetta. More

Amazing first time buyer experience This was my first car purchase, and North Penn was absolutely amazing. I worked with Michael Sinclair in the sales department. He let me take the car This was my first car purchase, and North Penn was absolutely amazing. I worked with Michael Sinclair in the sales department. He let me take the car I was looking at into my own mechanic to make sure everything was good with the car (which it was). He made himself available 24/7 and was quick to answer questions. After I got my car, an unexpected problem came up and the Service department fixed my car the next day. After I noticed a chip in my window, they sent someone to my apartment to fix the windshield instead of me coming all the way back to the dealer. North Penn went above and beyond my expectations and I’m happy to know that if I ever had any problems with my car, I have a great dealership that will give me 110% and fix my car ASAP. More
