As a Sewell customer for nearly 25 years I was leery about venturing out to another dealer, much less one 200 miles away (I am from Dallas). Jared quickly responded with information on the vehicle and within a couple hours, the deal was done. On Tuesday I flew to Houston and picked up the car. Pulling up to to the dealership I was struck by the size and number of vehicles. I am accustomed to big but this was impressively large. Once inside, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I get that customers are usually treated well, but this level of care and sincerity had a genuine feel. Nothing forced or performative. Jeff was excellent and friendly on the finance side. No pressure tactics and only what I wanted and needed. I appreciated that. I was on the road in under two hours headed back to Dallas. Great group of people to work with. Definitely recommend to my friends down in the Houston area. More
