We visited the dealership yesterday in their new building along I-45 in Spring. The facility is incredibly beautiful and spacious. They also require face masks to be worn by everyone inside the building. They are taking the threat of COVID-19 seriously and taking steps to deal with it. We went through the process of completing paper work for the vehicle we purchased. It was smooth and was handled very efficiently without a lot of paper. All in all, I was impressed by the cleanliness, efficiency and courteousness we saw during our brief visit there. More

On a separate note, the only negative thing I have to say is that the Service Department wasn't up to par in regarding to fixing my 2016 Lexus NX 200t. I dropped it off for service regarding a clicking noise coming from the steering column. Aniekan Edem stated that the navigation system seal was hanging (or something to that regard) and that he hopes that fixed the problem. Well I'm still having the same problem and it wasn't coming from the navigation system. As mentioned earlier, I'm very pleased with the purchase of the 2016 ES 350 More
