Without you we would not have so many dealerships in our network and we wouldn’t have a history that extends back over 40 years. We do not throw sales pitches at you, because we know what a sales pitch is. A sales pitch is an attempt to sell somebody something that they didn’t want for a price that they were unprepared to pay. Oakbrook Toyota wants to get you exactly what you want in the West Chicago area. We don’t mind hearing the word no, because we know that it just brings us one step closer to finding the vehicle that you will say yes to. The members of our sales staff quickly build relationships with our customers, because customer relationships are very important to us. We do not care if we sell you a car now or a year from now. We want to be there to help you in your automotive journey, and we want you to take that journey on your terms.

Allen Sizemore has been our 'go to guy' in the Service Dept. for many many years. We have purchased some 6 vehicles at Oakbrook Toyota and Allen always provides excellent advise on what needs to be done. Dept. for many many years. I've been getting my 2013 Prius serviced here since I bought it at this dealership. Up till now all was good. However, something is up with new attention on Alignment. As I sat in the waiting room for tw bought it at this dealership. Up till now all was good. However, something is up with new attention on Alignment. As I sat in the waiting room for two plus hours it seemed that 50% of the customers were told their vehicle failed the Alignment test. Me too. When I told the rep I would take that up with the place I buy my tires he told me he would attach my FAILED ALIGNMENT report with my bill. He did not. Looks like a scam to me..... I just reviewed my bill and see that Failed Algnment is not even mentioned. Also, since my car is now seven years old and has over 100,000 miles I brought my wife with me to look at new cars. Disappointing. Only two non SUVs in the showroom. More
