Sometimes you can't afford a new car BUT.. I was looking for a used car for my granddaughter for her first year of college. I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money for a vehicle, but Phil Lo I was looking for a used car for my granddaughter for her first year of college. The general manager, Robert McMann asked Derrick Brown to take us around the lot to see what choices there were for us. He also asked Derrick to specifically show us all the used vehicles that came in over the weekend as trade-ins. Derrick showed us several vehicles. We ended up with a VERY NICE 2009 Honda Civic that had JUST been traded in the day before. Its a beautiful Royal Blue and they had the service department look it over and clean it up for us. It looks like a BRAND NEW CAR! My granddaughter is THRILLED. Thank you Phil Long Ford. More

Found the perfect truck I came in to look at trucks and I saw few that were a little above my price range,but I still looked and took them for a test drive. Sherry called me while I was at another dealership and said she worked out a deal on one of the tucks. I went back to Phil Long Ford and test drove the most beautiful truck. Great people - process too long My salesperson worked hard for me and found me the car I wanted even though I came in with a different idea. I had pre-approved financing, but waited over an hour to get in to sign the papers. After that frustrating experience, they were able to get me better financing through Ford so it turned out ok.
