It took 5 hours to replace a battery and brake pads. Mechanic broke an emergency brake shoe during the install and I was charged for the replacement part. Poor communication during visit. New rear brakes squeak loud. Took it back twice and they tell me they don’t squeak. Guess what they still squeak. Never going back and I have bought two vehicles from them.
