The Service Manager did an amazing job of keeping me up to date on the progress on my truck. Informing me that they were able to get my truck's issue identified a day earlier than promised, told me what t to date on the progress on my truck. Very busy this day. It seemed the service agents were overwhelmed. No real urgency to the check in proceedure. Waited in line well over 25 minutes before getting any attention.
