Let me start by saying I was not even in the market for purchasing a car. However, when Toni Roselli of Pinebelt Chevy Lakewopd asked me what she could find for me if I were, I did have one car in mind tha purchasing a car. However, when Toni Roselli of Pinebelt Chevy Lakewopd asked me what she could find for me if I were, I did have one car in mind that I’ve had trouble finding in decent pre-owned condition, so I gave her my list of demands, down to the color and preference of a manual transmission. Well, not only did Toni find this exact car, she found it about two weeks post our conversation. She called me the moment the dealership got a hold of it and kept me updated on its status until it was ready to be sold. We quickly agreed on an appointment time and after a quick test drive, we sat down to talk finances. Toni searched for the best loan for my budget, which included a two year warranty and even sat me in with Pine Belt’s insurance specialists to get me the best and most affordable full coverage they could. They even assessed my current coverage on my other vehicles to make sure I had the best coverage and at the best cost to me. Within a few hours I was driving home in my new/used dream car and the process could not have been any easier. Well here is my story. I went to the dealership on April 15, 2026 to purchase another car. Myself and my family have brought cars from this dealership for years. I spoke to Todd the salesperson as he was the one that sold me my previous vehicles. I purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax and gave 1700 down and traded in my vehicle that I had purchased at Pine Belt. Well here is where the problem started. They gave me the vehicle with almost no gas so I put a full tank and told by Todd to advise how much I paid so they will reimburse me. I was suppose to return back on Friday to bring in an additional $500 for down payment. but thats when the check engine went on so I brought the car in to service. After a few days got the car back, and I asked about my registration for the car. I was told it was still being processed. After a few days the check engine light went on again. Now on the GM App on my phone I told the Service rep that it was the same issue as the first time. So I left my car on a Wednesday with them.They called me on Thursday afternoon and told me to pick up a loaner as they well in contact with GM/Chevy to resolve issue. I returned back on Wednesday May 13th to pick up my car as I was told the problem was resolved. I asked if my registration was ready and I was told it was still being processed and that the DMV lady will contact me. On Thursday morning I called since the temporary plates and temporary registration was expiring on May 14th. I was told that the DMV lady will contact me since there was no info in system. At approximately 930am, received a call from dealership and advise that registration has been upstairs but that they were waiting for the $500 down payment to provide me registration. I told them that i have had the money but since twice the car has been in shop that I had concerns if this car was coming back to me. I advise the lady that called that I was not happy with the service I have received and the way Tood has handle the situation.I arrived at dealership and paid the $500 and received my registration. I was offered to have my old plates put on by the dealership but i refused stating " I am already not happy with you guys and I don't think I will be back anymore and advised my family and friends to go to another dealership".The lady at the desk was more concern about me signing form acknowledging that I would palce plates myself. Afterward she gave me my registration and I left.After heading back home, I received a call from Todd but refused to pick up as I was already upset. The lack of communications and professionalism was very upsetting. I went to this dealership because of my past experiences but now I have my doubts about them. This is now my 4th Chevrolet purchase from Pine Belt. When it came time to get a new lease, I was way over on my miles and needed to decide between purchased that car out or leasing a new one. I visited a neighboring Chevrolet dealership in TR who gave me the runaround and an astronomical quote. I reached out to Kwesi, a friend of mine, who recommended I contact Anna at Pine Belt for assistance. Before I stepped foot in the door, we already had a number that wasn’t going to leave us in financial ruin and a 26 traverse LT that was ready to go. I cannot thank Anna and Kwesi (at Mazda) enough for their professional and overall wonderful experience. There was never any pressure to make the deal. They offered us realistic options and numbers from the start, and to top it off, everyone that works at Pine Belt is genuinely pleasant to be around. Start to finish the process was great. More

The sales team is great, but the service team leaves a lot to be desired. If I didn't get free oil changes included, I wouldn't bother coming here. I'm supposed to get a free car wash with my oil change, weather permitting. When I made my appointment I specifically requested that I wanted a car wash. When I met with the service advisor to check in, I again reiterated that I wanted a car wash. The person checking the cars in noted that my hitch cover might cause them to not do the car wash. I offered to take it off, but the service advisor insisted it would not be an issue. I asked if he was sure, because it really only takes a minute or two to remove it, and he said to leave it. An hour later they bring my truck back and tell me that they couldn't do the car wash because of the hitch cover. I then asked "what if I remove it" and he told me I could take it over to get it washed myself and told me the car wash was at the Subaru service center next door. No offer to get the issue sorted. And no explanation of where exactly to go or who to see, so I had to chase down a service advisor at the Subaru service center who was finally able to get my truck washed. More
