Maggie was great! Her supervisor Kwesi tried to use pressure tactics when I told him I needed time to think. Not cool. Finance and service dept horrible Bruce in finance was awful- didn’t return my ca pressure tactics when I told him I needed time to think. Not cool. Finance and service dept horrible Bruce in finance was awful- didn’t return my calls after purchase- didn’t explain what I was signing. Made it seem like dent protection plan from Zurich was included. It wasn’t. Keep pulling papers away as I was signing them. You can see the difference in my signature from when he first gave me papers towards the end. And kept taking personal calls when he was with us. And Ron in service – please. Rude and condescending. Walked away as I was speaking to him. I have never been treated as badly by anyone in customer service. Thank goodness someone else took over from him. He and Bruce must have gone to customer service school together. I can honestly say I love my car, but I would never ever recommend Pinebelt Chevrolet to anyone. Unless they were my enemy. More
