Smooth Process, easy sell. I walked into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. I needed a new vehicle with AWD capability for winter commuting. Bob helped h I walked into the dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for. I needed a new vehicle with AWD capability for winter commuting. Bob helped he sort through my preferred options and set me up with a Chevy Equinox with AWD and plenty of other amenities. He went above and beyond to give me options that could potential lower my payments including having me test a model with the smaller 1.5l engine. Ultimately, I decided on the more expensive model but it was nice to have a salesman looking out for my interest rather then making the more lucrative sale. More

Horrible customer service As I walked into Pinebelt on 88 with my family, we were greeted by two pleasant salesmen whom I forgot their names unfortunately because they were gre As I walked into Pinebelt on 88 with my family, we were greeted by two pleasant salesmen whom I forgot their names unfortunately because they were great. I believe that when working in a field such as sales that you need a certain type of personality especially because at the end of the day it’s all just customer service. You are servicing your customer, therefore you should have the attitude for that. Now if a company hires you in contrast to that, well then that says a lot about the company itself. Everything is all a lesson learned. From now on, I will be checking reviews because had I read some of the reviews posted here I would’ve never wasted my time today. Now back to the pleasant gentlemen we were greeted by today... after we were greeted one of the salesman walked my family and I over to a table to fill out an application for financing. I initially requested to speak with the credit amnesty dept which is the dept that helps with bad credit but they suggested we run an app first because “you never know” which was fine with me. This was not the issue. The issue began when I got introduced to Jeff from the Credit amnesty dept. Jeff walked up to us and we are all Hispanic by the way and ignorantly asks, “Which one of you speak English?” I then go to say that’s very judgmental because we all spoke very GREAT English except my mother whom didn’t even need to talk. He then goes to say well I’m from so and so dept and I’m the one who helps people get into cars with bad credit once I talk to the person and if I like them I make that decision ...all because I guess he got offended with my comment well great because I was offended by yours. And the fact that he said I make a decision based on if I like you. I took that as very unprofessional. Oh so now you don’t like me because I called you out? Got ya. I wouldn’t want to be giving YOU my business anyways. So happy it didn’t work out God works in mysterious ways. I wasn’t feeling it. He was very rude and in the end he said “thanks for not being rude to me because as you can tell I have a temperament” in regards to his approach. Like excuse me? Do not go to him if you are Hispanic and if you don’t want your business blatantly announced because he wasn’t considerate whatsoever he stood up all arrogant discussing our personal situation for everyone to hear instead of maintaining privacy. Which by the way Jeff do you have no common sense? If you are dealing with sensitive situations why aren’t you handling yourself in a better manner? You need some retraining my man. Anyways folks, you are better off going to competition next door if you have credit issues which is where we ended up buying a new car this same night as I stated before God works in mysterious ways. Pine belt is not your only option. Please understand just because you don’t have good credit doesn’t mean you don’t have options. This is a myth!!!!! And Mr. clean needs to clean up that attitude or pine belt has to pine sol him out of there. Thanks to the first gentlemen I met there though, they were more helpful than the person in charge to “help” us in a time of need. More
