The service and parts department have always been helpful and kind with one exception. When we purchased our vehicle we were upsold on the coating “detail”, and that as long as we’d bring it in once every si and kind with one exception. Well we went on a long vacation and came back a couple of weeks over. Puente Hills says they won’t do it now. That’s $2k on our sticker price that just doesn’t go towards anything. More

Before purchasing a vehicle from the sales manager Yasser Solinan triple verify the sale contract this thief charged me for additional accessories $2, 680.00 that supposedly he had waived. He told me he could not negotiate the vehicle price because he was waiving the additional accessories at that moment I told him he could not charge for additionals since the car is used and the first person that bought it had already paid for them he said he had to make money . After the price of the car and financing was finalized I asked him if I could get any complimentary oil changes he responded no because the car was used however he would give 5 free details. It turns out I went back to the dealer and confronted him - now the addtionals turned out to be the details. He mentioned supposedly the car has an anti-theft system installed I'm calling the Fidelity Warranty Services Inc. to see if this is actually legit till today they keep you on hold close to 1 hour. I will submit this so call anti-theft system to my car insurance at this point I'm freaking out hoping it's not another scam. My error was taking is word for it I thought he had integrity, and not asking for a breakdown sheet showing all the hidden fees they charge. More
