The building and location are lovely, but I was charged for accessories after being told in three separate conversations that I would not be. This added close to $5k to the sticker price of my car. I was satisfied with the way Puente Hills Hyundai did my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Santa Fe. There must have been at least 14 cars in front of me for service and I thought it would take first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Santa Fe. There must have been at least 14 cars in front of me for service and I thought it would take at least 4 hrs for them to complete my vehicle. But it only took 2 hrs and my car ready for me and washed. That to me is a plus. More
