He went out of the way to show us the specific car we wanted to look at. And after we had made a deal on the car we wanted he took the time to show us on how some of the features on the car worked. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was calm. Even the manager of the dealership was not pushy also and he treated us with respect. The only reason I gave a four star out of five is because when we went to the finance department they tried to sell us so many extra things for the vehicle did we actually didn’t need. But other than that overall we were satisfied with the service and the vehicle we purchased. More

Great car, OK transaction I was not completely pleased with this transaction but there were a couple of good things. First off, the good. I do love the car. Also, Ana and David I was not completely pleased with this transaction but there were a couple of good things. First off, the good. I do love the car. Also, Ana and David were wonderful to work with. Ana in the initial part of providing me with vehicle information and setting up my appointment, she was quick to respond, and David with showing me the car once I got there. He is a very nice guy. While the car is very nice, on the ad it said 11,200 miles. When I got there, the car had nearly 13,700 miles (that's a 22% increase). It also said something like "have confidence in purchase" because there was a "10 year/100,000 mile complete warranty". Well, it's a powertrain warranty, which is normal for these cars, but a bit misleading when you don't add the word powertrain in ad. I read it as having some type of complete car extended warranty. I'm coming up from San Diego and these are 2 of the main reasons I'm interested in this car. Finally, I find out this car has been sitting on your lot for 45 days. I'm sure you want to get rid of it. I ask Yazzur (spelling? Sales Manager) if there was any way he can come down on price. I even said just somewhere that's fair for the both of us. After waiting 15 minutes for him to come back from checking, he gives me all the typical "car salesman" speak as to why he can't. Come on, I'm in sales myself (and I told him that). There's no way you list a price and have NO ROOM to move from it, as he stated. It just left a bitter taste in my mouth when he could have come down a few hundred dollars and I would have been completely satisfied. Instead, I am not completely satisfied with the transaction. I love the car, but not the way Yazzur negotiated with me. I would still recommend PH Hyundai, but with the above disclaimers. More

Thank you to Yasser, Edgar, and Ana Yasser has been my guy since 2015 when I bought my first Hyundai and he was amazing then. He was even more amazing this time, 4 years later. I initially decided not to come to Puente Hill Hyundai because of the distance (I live in La Verne), but Yasser, Edgar, and Ana made it a no brained for me to come back and buy a car from them. They are friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I was very anxious about turning in my first lease and Yasser made it painless and relieved my anxieties about getting a new car. I appreciate Yasser very much and he has a customer for life. Thank you Yasser, Edgar, and Ana for everything!
