Leased a new Ioniq 5 extended version about a month ago. The vehicle is back the second time to service for range issues. At 00% it should show 355 miles, which it does not. The first time it was sent in 10 The vehicle is back the second time to service for range issues. At 00% it should show 355 miles, which it does not. The first time it was sent in 100% stated 234 miles, which was improved to 254 miles. The second time I dropped it they gave me the same vehicle which showed 355 as I drove of the lot, drove less then a block down dropped to 342 miles. I did advise the sales person and Joey/Sean at service. They advised yetsreday the vehicle was fixed, Joey stated the service guy stated 100% is at 278 miles, which I advised him is unacceptable. Dealer advised me to reach out to Hyundai which should not be my responsibility, if the dealer service department cannot fix and provide what was promised/sold, then either replace the vehicle or fix it as intended and provide the exact timeline. Loss of use needs to be compensated, that goes without say. More
