I was treated like royalty buying my Mercedes. Lori Mohr went above and beyond, answered all my questions, and was honest and transparent on every aspect of the transaction. When I had a concern the general manager stepped in and personally worked with me to assure my satisfaction and future business. This is my second Mercedes but first experience with RBM and Lori and I will be referring to all I know in the market for a car. RBM and Lori took the time after the sale to go over every feature bumper to bumper and have since followed up several times to ensure I am in love with my car and satisfied with my purchase. Lori was excellent. We live 4 hour away and found two vehicles that we really liked. When I added up my excellent sales experience with Lori Mohr and Rachel Collins, and my excellent service experience with Steve Byrd, the decision to get another Mercedes was easy. Lori took the time to demonstrate all the vehicles with no pressure, and I found the perfect vehicle (E 350 4 Matic). It was not all about a car.
