Great service. From the moment you drive into the garage, the staff is courteous and thorough in their attention to you and your vehicle. Michael Corssen introduced us to Chris Kraly when we were searching for a certified car. Our first visit we didn't see a car we wanted at that time. Chris was proactive in contacting us a few days later wh searching for a certified car. Our first visit we didn't see a car we wanted at that time. Chris was proactive in contacting us a few days later when a car arrived that fit our specs. We came to see the car that Chris found and it was exactly what we wanted. It checked all the boxes and we purchased the car. If Chris was not proactive we would have missed the opportunity to get the car. None of the other BMW dealers that we visited on Long Island were proactive on trying to find a car that fit our needs. One dealer showed us two cars that were were not interested in and suggested we should keep checking their website and call him if we saw something we wanted!!! I thought really? It's not my job to do your job. Our experience at Rallye was a great experience all around. More

Told this matter of flatly-take it or leave it. d) I elected to "Leave it'. Could not find my car... Took 40 minutes to get my car back. A VERY Unpleasant experience...certainly not customer sensitive. More
