The most Terrible experience with Carol the service manager. She gave me the run around for a refund credit I should’ve received. Check engine light was on the service center reset the sensors and char manager. She gave me the run around for a refund credit I should’ve received. Check engine light was on the service center reset the sensors and charged me $200.00…check engine light is back on a day later and the service center at a different location gives me a full invoice on parts that need to be replaced. Bottom line check engine light never came back on after my car was properly serviced and repaired. I should have received a refund of $200 for not being able to detect any issues. Carol gave me the run around. I sent her countless emails, phone calls with the service center at a different location, each time something was missing or documents emailed to her with my new invoice was not sufficient enough. It took over a week of daily back-and-forth. When she finally accepted the documents, she turns around and tells me no. We’re not giving you a refund. HUGE disappointment and waste of my time and energy!!!!!! Thanks BUT will never return again. More

I have had positive experiences with Rallye previously, but the last time I was there (oil change for my X3) the license plate mount got knocked off and was hanging. After the service was completed I messa but the last time I was there (oil change for my X3) the license plate mount got knocked off and was hanging. After the service was completed I messaged the employee who I was dealing with asking if I could bring it back in to get fixed real quick. The mount was so loose it was no only scraping the bumper when driving but it was constantly setting off the sensor alarms and I would have 1 hour+ driving to do. I didn’t have the time to go home and fix it myself (I was on the way to class) and received no reply from the employee. Understandable since they were busy, but when I went back into the dealership I received an unhelpful employee who couldn’t resolve the issue. He didn’t know what to do and didn’t call anyone else over to help him. Instead, I pre fired the service myself with the singular drill he gave me. When I asked if I could continue to use the drill to attempt to fix it (I had to do the service myself since the employee didn’t know how) he declined and said they needed the drill back after a short while. He left me with a broken license plate connector, now beyond late to class, and told me “if I get pulled over just leave the plate on the dashboard”. I was unfortunately very disappointed with this past service. More
