I went there to do the oil change. Everything was okay with the vehicle. After the service. They said the seat was messed up and wanted to charge me $1,300. I am sure it was done internally and intentionally because when I dropped the car for service, every single small to big things was perfect in my vehicle. Very disappointing from a dealership like this. I will never do business with them and suggest everyone not to either. Very unprofessional and dirty business. More

It's always a good feeling to have my car in the Rallye BMW workshop. The only thing I have with them is that they always have some excuse not to give me a loaner car, sometimes my car stays for weeks wait BMW workshop.
