Upon walking into the dealership we were very unsure as to what we wanted and after speaking to Vincent , not only did he help us select a car but he went above and beyond in explaining everything we needed to know before making a decision that we felt comfort with . The service is fine in general I used the service center this time for two things: One was to do the manufacture recall (2nd recall since I bought the car in November 2016. The othe I used the service center this time for two things: One was to do the manufacture recall (2nd recall since I bought the car in November 2016. The other thing was to fix the broken right side mirror. All went fine and I was even offered a free loaner and my car was washed after the services, After I got my vehicle back and started the engine, however, the steering wheel dropped down to a position that blocked my view of the dashboard. I went back to Rob Carlson, my service advisor, who helped me fixed the problem. The radio dial, etc. were not set back to the setting when I dropped off the car as it was in my previous service appointment. This service experience is entirely different from the previous one. But Rob has been as wonderful as always. More

Came to fix malfunctioning command center Service restored command center but disabled serius radio which was working fine when I brought the car in🤔. Mercedes said it was Serius' fault and Serius claims it's Mercedes' fault. Bottom line - I no longer have use of a feature that I paid Mercedes to install and Serius to provide. More
