I have been looking for a specific Toyota Camry XSE. Rudy Luther had the exact car I was looking for. I called them around 1130 and asked if it was still available, which is was. I was told they would put it aside and get it ready for a test drive. I told them I would be there by 1:30 to purchase the vehicle. As I was on my way to the dealership around 1:10, I get a call from the salesman and he tells me the car has been sold!! By now I’m furious because that’s my car, the exact car I’ve been looking for. I tell the salesman that I called and was told it was still available and I told them I would be down to PURCHASE the vehicle. I will never shop there again!!! More

My first time going to the shop in the dealership was a great experience! I was attending to quickly and the next thing I know I was in the waiting room. I was In there for about 40 minutes to an hour whic great experience! I was attending to quickly and the next thing I know I was in the waiting room. I was In there for about 40 minutes to an hour which I was expecting so no problem with that. I know these places get very busy. The Seay was actually very comfortable I was ready to fall asleep but luckily they had coffee and many more choices to drink so very excellent experience! More

This was the second car I bought from Scott Smith, and he was again a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to get me information right away and to make the process very quick and easy. I was shopping a was again a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to get me information right away and to make the process very quick and easy. I was shopping after my car died unexpectedly, and I was worried because the market is so tight right now, but Scott helped me get a new car immediately. I felt like a got a bit of a hard sell from Scott and Pete in financing on the wrap warranty. I just couldn’t process as much information as they were giving me and it was a big decision to have to make in the moment at a stressful time. Maybe make that option and its pricing clear sooner.
