Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

It seemed nobody wanted to sell us a car. One guy at a Plano location tried to sell us Jesus. Yes, you read that correctly he was more interested in if we were saved rather than if we wanted to buy a SUV. So, I kept looking and did an Internet inquiry at the Carrollton location about a Ford Explorer and Reuben Krause promptly called me back. He was more than eager to sell us a vehicle, and worked with us on a great deal as well. It was pretty painless. Michael Pisarik in the finance department was awesome as well. He beat our USAA interest rate (practically unheard of) and we even financed through the dealership. And that's how you close a deal! Thanks guys, y'all both are rock stars at your jobs. More

Surprised! First off, never have I ever (I know...never say never) owned a ford or thought about owning what, but through word of mouth I was told to go see Mela First off, never have I ever (I know...never say never) owned a ford or thought about owning what, but through word of mouth I was told to go see Melanie. We talked on the phone and I told her exactly what I would want and boy did she deliver. I went to go test drive (just test drive) and potentially trade in my 15 RAM 1500. I was interested in looking at the 2017 Escape and let me tell you I sat down and I LOVED it. Melanie was very informational, showed me everything about the vehicle. We talked numbers and she did everything she could to get it as close to the monthly payments I wanted. She did everythong she possibly could to get my dream car. I have never owned a brand new car and I am so blessed that Melanie was my first new car sales person. With shopping around at a few dealerships, when I walked into Sam packs Five Star ford I knew this was my vehicles home. I look forward to using Melanie if I ever need to get another car and I will highly reccomend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much! More
