Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.

This dealership was the first stop on my list and I was completely blown away. From the cleanliness of the store to the friendliness of all the employees, the environment just blew me away. I ended up getting help with Melanie Lucero and it was a very pleasant experience. Throughout the whole process she seemed to genuinely care about my wants/needs and I never once felt pressured into anything that I wasn't comfortable with which is a huge plus for me. I was impressed with her knowledge of all the different vehicles that I asked about too. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely recommend Melanie and Five Star Ford to my family and friends! More

Quick, easy, painless, & no pressure weeks ago I walked into the dealership, talked to the first man I saw Mike Munden tell him that I'm wanting to learn more about the Ford pickup. He ho weeks ago I walked into the dealership, talked to the first man I saw Mike Munden tell him that I'm wanting to learn more about the Ford pickup. He hooked me up with Reuben Krause. Reuben persisted in flooding me with info about the new Ford pickups the differences between all the engines and all the trim packages it was very overwhelming. Halfway through our visit I felt no pressure & he wad very easy to talk to and very down-to-earth . He gave me websites and YouTube videos and paper literature to take home. We communicated via text and phone calls for the next week or so at all hours of the night and he was answering all my questions and concerns. We found the truck that I was interested in and in a matter of a half a day or so management -Mike Munden calls me and let me know that he had the vehicle I could come in and take a look at it at anytime at my leisure. I found the truck that I wanted on 5-Stars website, and soon went to the dealership and introduced to Jess. She quickly found the truck; brought it up front for a quick test drive, and I decided to purchase it. Jess guided me professionally, and quickly through the rest of the buying experience, and I was soon on to "life," in my new truck. Melanie Lucero is very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all questions I had, helped me program needed items, and showed me important features. Michael explained the financing and listed to all my questions and answered professionally and so I could completely understand. I have used both Melanie and Michael for the past two vehicles and feel like they are family. I know this sounds cliche', but this is the way I feel. I know they treat all customers the same as they did me. I would recommend them most highly to everyone that wants a Ford vehicle. Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford – Carrollton was a great experience I met with Reuben Krause who went way out of his way to get me in to a new truck and get me Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford – Carrollton was a great experience I met with Reuben Krause who went way out of his way to get me in to a new truck and get me the best price on my trade in. I could not have met a better man he listen to me on all my concerns and needs and then he went to work to handle all my concerns and needs. It was a great experience working with Reuben. I met with Reuben Saturday morning to look at the F250 Super Duty Lariat that he had picked out for me. I drove it and loved it. I wanted to keep the tires and wheels I had on my trade in so Reuben loaned me his truck to drive while he had the tires changed, filled up the gas tank, and washed the truck. It looked great. Also when I went to pick up I also got to meet Trey Russell (awesome man). Thank you everybody at Sam Pack’s 5 Star Ford for a great experience buying this truck. More
