Dawn was respectful, polite, very knowledgeable. I believe the repair was warranted andI should have been offered a car or a ride home instead of calling my wife to pick me up. Excellent, When my GMC van would not start, Sun GMC told me they cannot service due to the fact Savanna 2500 is too tall, but they sell them. Sarant Cadillac took care of it with out making excuses.
