The service at this dealership is horrible. I had to bring my car into the service department four times before the suspension issue was fixed. During the first two visits, I brought it in because the bring my car into the service department four times before the suspension issue was fixed. During the first two visits, I brought it in because the car had service suspension system and leveling system indicator lights on. After the second visit when i got the car back, it was literally undriveable. They broke two of the shocks and let me take it back home clearly without being test driven. I had to bring it back two more times and have three of the shocks replaced. Then when they finally fixed the issue, the mechanic broke the cue screen. I left the dealership and before I made it home it was broken. After waiting two weeks for a new screen to come in, the service writer tells me that the mechanic probably forgot to connect the HDMI cable correctly. The mechanics at this dealership are horrible. I have been driving escalades since 2003 and I believe this in my fifth one now and this will be my last. More
I was a walk-in for an state inspection. I was treated courteously and professionally. The service guy told me about an hour and that's when the car was done. Very good experience. I was told that the car would take about 1-2 hours. Based on that estimate I decided to stay at dealer and wait. The car took exactly 1 hour.
