I purchased a 2007 Lincoln Navigator and promised it was looked over. As soon as I roll off the lot and roll the passenger window down I find out it was inoperable and unable to roll up and they refused to looked over. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE AND IS UNACCEPTABLE. I called for a week and a half and didn't get any clear direction or help until the manager just called me back to tell me the car was as is and that there is nothing they can do BUT I saved thousands because it was an auction car and they didn't do the usual mark up!!!.. STAY AWAY OR BRING A TRUSTED FRIEND OR MECHANIC TO LOOK AT THEIR LEMONS. THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY. Mario, the gentleman who sold me the car made me feel so warm and welcomed during the entire sale. Even gave hugs and told me how we formed a bond for the future. Once the deal was done he was nowhere to be found. Won't return calls, texts, and will screen calls to avoid you. STAY AWAY!!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED AS A WOMAN OUT HERE ON MY OWN! I trusted the name and brand since I've always had great experiences at or in a Mazda. I was so wrong :( More

I when to buy a new car, the attention in the place was really nice. Great experience!!!! Both facilities and Ashly where top notch. Ashley allowed me to think of what I actually wanted to buy on my own. Went in for a Jeep Gladiator walked with a new AWD turbo Mazda 3. She notch. Ashley allowed me to think of what I actually wanted to buy on my own. Went in for a Jeep Gladiator walked with a new AWD turbo Mazda 3. She was. Extremely knowledgeable in her inventory and was able to find prices out for me at the touch of her phone. Provided me numbers before running credit and final numbers where almost exactly what they said they would be within $3 basically. I will definitely be recommending Ashley and hopefully be making additional purchases from her. Thank you! More
