We just bought our 2nd car from John Pitts at Suburu of Jackonsonville. I didn’t want to buy from them because I hate driving in Jackonsonville. However, after visiting 4 dealerships in Brunswick we went b Jackonsonville. I didn’t want to buy from them because I hate driving in Jackonsonville. However, after visiting 4 dealerships in Brunswick we went back to Suburu and John Pitts because he listened to what I wanted in a car and that is what he showed me and that I s what I bought. He did not try to push what they wanted to sell, he didn’t try to show me alternatives, he didn’t give us the old, “let me talk to my manager”, nor did the manager come out to apply his salesmanship, They just listened carefully and gave me exactly what Iwanted, it was well worth the drive into Jacksonville. Kyle was a delight to work with when buying another Outback. It was a pleasant surprise for him to suggest a nurse discount on the car. Every bit helps!
