Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Bruce helped my mother in law purchasing her vehicle and he did a phenomenal job. So me and my husband decided to try him out and he sure did not disappoint.
