It was great working with KP. They offered me the best price on a new Subaru Forester Sport and best trade in value without negotiating. I was talking to 4 other dealers and Subaru of Jacksonville still came in under the rest. Also the dealer doesn't add thousands of dollars worth of items that are not optional - 2 other dealers did this and I was really shocked. The day I picked up my car went very smoothly. KP asked for some stuff ahead of time to get the process going so I didn't have to spend all day at the dealer. Overall great experience! More

Just had my 30K service done today. I had originally scheduled it for the next week but had some free time in my schedule today and was able to reschedule. Service Tech Mike worked me I had originally scheduled it for the next week but had some free time in my schedule today and was able to reschedule. Service Tech Mike worked me in and was able to complete the work in just over 2 hours. Subaru of Jacksonville is a great dealership with good staff and fast service. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Subaru car needs. More
