Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. John Pitts my sales man was very nice efficient and straight to the point he made it seem super easy and cared about my experience. I would also like to mention Danny Kane Jr. in the service advisor department he was very very nice and attentive you could tell he really wanted to help in any way he could. he helped me with the service on my trade in and is the one who even brought to my attention trading in and would be an option for me and sent me to talk to John now I have my brand new 2023 legacy and couldn’t be happier!! We did have to wait a little bit for the stop sale but I will say it was well worth the wait we are super pleased with Subaru of jacksonville. More

The buying experience couldn't have been easier. Friendly, nice folks. Mark Ogden went above and beyond to not only get me the price I wanted on a used, newish Audi Q5 sitting on their lot but he (a Friendly, nice folks. Mark Ogden went above and beyond to not only get me the price I wanted on a used, newish Audi Q5 sitting on their lot but he (and Bruce Holmes, also a very nice salesman) personally delivered it to me at my home the same day. Even the financing on a used car was price competitive. I highly recommend this dealership and ask specifically for Mark Ogden to help you. More

What a perfect experience. I was working between two Subaru dealers. The other shall remain nameless, but they were not transparent, offered zero discounts, added on extras and I was working between two Subaru dealers.
