Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Dave Bailey gave me exceptional service when I came into the Subaru Dealership of Jacksonville. He showed me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time with us and is the Subaru Dealership of Jacksonville. He showed me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time with us and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Dave made sure I was comfortable with driving the car, a Subaru Forrester. He took me out for test drives where I could get comfortable with all the controls. He made sure that I got the color of car I liked best. My first Subaru in 20 years, rather a new car. I went to Toyota, Honda prior to making my decision, the sales pressure, dealer markup, haggling, nothing has changed since the last time I made a pu I went to Toyota, Honda prior to making my decision, the sales pressure, dealer markup, haggling, nothing has changed since the last time I made a purchase. Then I entered Subaru of Jacksonville, it was different, a relaxed, visibly non stressed sales folks, they let me drive the many models, with a smile, not once did they ask me what kind of payments do you want, the typical annoying sales questions. I visited them for a week just to test drive, not one did they make me feel like I was wasting their time. Like to recognize John V and Kim for their outstanding service during the whole process. I literally purchased and drove off the lot within 2.5 hours, not wasted a whole day in the lifesucking car buying process. This place is family oriented and makes you feel as such.
