We went to Subaru of Jacksonville to see how we would like a Subaru Outback, We had seen one on line further south off of I-95 but before driving that far we decided to see one. We were approached by Ma like a Subaru Outback, We had seen one on line further south off of I-95 but before driving that far we decided to see one. We were approached by Mark Ogden and showed us several to choose from. His approach was professional and intelligent on what the Outback had to offer, after a quick spin around the area we came back and realized why would we drive so far away when Mark was within 10 miles of our home. He made the process smooth and easy and two days later we drove off in our beautiful Subaru Outback. Thank you Mark! More

This was the second vehicle purchased from the dealership and from David. He separates himself from other salespersons in his knowledge of the product. I took my car in for service for an oil change and free multi-point inspection on President's Day. Gabriel checked me in considering oil change and multi-point inspection doesn't require an appointment ti multi-point inspection on President's Day. Gabriel checked me in considering oil change and multi-point inspection doesn't require an appointment time. The oil change and multi-point inspection took longer than it should have considering I didn't think I had major problems. Gabriel told me that I'll need a new windshield wipers, oil pan and motor belt. A new oil pan and motor belt was worth the expense for me considering how messed up the roads of Jacksonville are and it was going to be changed for the first time since owning the car for 5 years straight. Service Dept. also did their best in keeping their prices low and I do make sure to use their service coupons if things are not under warranty. It was going to take about 2-3 hours extra to do, but it ended up being 4-5 extra hours since more people were coming into service than going out. I didn't complain because I had things to do in between and Gabriel consulted with Dan Jr. to lend me a loaner in the meantime for a few hours and the assigned technician, Julio, needed to have his lunch break, too, along with Dan Jr. and Gabriel.
