Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Perfect. Everything went exactly as promised. There was no pressure. There was no bait and switch. Nando was down to earth and there were no surprises. AJ was perfect as well. The experience with Jerry was fantastic! He knew everything about all of his products. I was apprehensive about coming in an office during Covid. Jerry stayed 6 feet from me and we sat at an open everything about all of his products. I was apprehensive about coming in an office during Covid. Jerry stayed 6 feet from me and we sat at an open desk area. He offered me a water bottle with a napkin around it. He offered me hand sanitizer and told me he just wipe his desk with wipes. He was not pushy and he made us feel welcome and did not waste our time. I would highly recommend Jerry for a wonderful car buying experience. More

What a super convenient drop-off and pick-up service Subaru of Jacksonville offers, and a loaner is a great bonus!
