Fantastic experience I’ve been car shopping for a month, visited countless dealerships, and none have treated me as well as this Subaru dealership. The customer service has been excellent, John was phenomenal to work with, and everything was done expediently and with respect. I never felt any pressure to buy or to be upsold, and the pricing was very reasonable. The car I was purchasing had not even been seen by service yet, and even after I agreed to the price the service department opted to do numerous service repairs on the vehicle (such as new brake pads) to ensure the vehicle left the lot in pristine condition for me. I would recommend John and Subaru of Jacksonville to anyone, and this will absolutely be my first stop when it’s time to upgrade our other vehicle. More

Fixed flat and then some I took my Subaru in to have a flat fixed, they did that THEN then did a safety inspection and found my battery was a bit weak so they replaced that at I took my Subaru in to have a flat fixed, they did that THEN then did a safety inspection and found my battery was a bit weak so they replaced that at (no charge) but everything else was okay. fast, corteous, beyond the call of duty friendly, fast job well done. Upon greeting Dan was very well informed .... took over my cat said service woukd take 1 hour, yet it took 40 minutes, friendly, fast job well done. He took the time to talk to us and answer any and all questions putting us at ease. He introduced us to the manager Daniel Kane who was so willing to help however he could. Once we decided we spoke with AJ Miller the finance director - he too was so easy going & through mading it all painless. The team was so great and allowed us to have a very different experience than we have had in the past buying a car. We have had the car for a week and the follow-up has been stellar. Kevin has the best knowledge on how to get the job done to a satisfactory level just to please the customers, especially the old school type of personalities. Great first dealership experience After 7 years of driving my Acura SUV it was time to purchase a newer car. I went to several dealerships, but Subaru of Jax worked with me the best. M After 7 years of driving my Acura SUV it was time to purchase a newer car. I went to several dealerships, but Subaru of Jax worked with me the best. My brother purchased a WRX in 2018 from this dealership, so I trusted his reccomendation. Unlike a few dealerships they were accomodating, and not "pushy". Sabino is a great guy to work with- straight to the point and able to answer any questions I had. Friendly, helpful, and honest while helping me find my next vehicle. Also the gentleman that helped me with financing was straightforward in letting me know what options were available and signing the paperwork took less than 15 min. I haven't had the car for a full week yet, but my Subaru legacy has already won me over. The mpg alone is a major savings on gas, and I love the way the AWD handles. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience at Sojax! More
