Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. OUTSTANDING SERVICE My 2014 Forester had the AC compressor replaced. Two days later it was blowing hot air again. I took it back and they replaced the evaporator at no My 2014 Forester had the AC compressor replaced. Two days later it was blowing hot air again. I took it back and they replaced the evaporator at no charge which was not diagnosed until the new compressor was installed. They furnished a loaner car both times and I was completely blown away with the high level of customer service. Josh and the others in Subaru service have my accolades. More

Excellent overall service While I brought my 2018 Outback in for two (2) recalls, the primary reason was a mod unit failure. Long story short, there are always setbacks due to shipping, changes in procedure, internal communications, etc. before finally getting to a satisfactory completion. My service advisor was (and is) Jennifer Becker, who handled every detail in an honest & professional manner.
