I was greated by a fri Never drove a Subaru until I stepped into Subaru of Jacksonville and I instantly fell in love with the 2018 Crosstrek in March. I was greated by a friendly staff and Sean answered any and every question I had. He put no pressure on me and was patient in my decision to get the car, which happened a few months later, which was the first week of this month. Since he took my info from our initial meeting it was easy to get back in touch with him and he made my transaction as seamless as possible even while taking my Audi trade in. It was my first time getting a new car and he made it a memorable milestone. I didn't realize it would be so easy! Finance was a piece of cake and the vibe during the entire transaction felt genuine and like I was joining a family. Sean went above and beyond on explaining key features after I purchased the car as well as provided me with a cute Subaru Hat and a Cargo Net on the house. :-) Though this is my first Subaru, it certainly won't be my last. I'm looking forward to working with Sean again as I explore more of what Subaru has to offer in their fine line of safe but fun cars! More

It was a non pressured discussion and we agreed on the prices. AJ Miller handled the paperwork in a friendly courteous manner... Great Team Effort From my initial visit till that rainy Thursday night, when I left with my new Outback, it was nothing short of a great experience. Bruce Holmes was my initial contact and he was informative and helpful throuout without turning into the pushy sales person type I personally hate. On that Thursday, I showed up without an appointment and Bruce was busy with another customer (my bad). This is where Kimberly Schneid pitched in to assist. Bruce was checking in on us regularly as Kimberly did her part in easing my trepidation over the actual process. I would be remiss if I did not give a healthy shout out for some others that were truly quite helpful. To Daniel Kane, Josh Strickland and Mike McCormack I would like to sincerely thank you as well.
