Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. He was informative but not pushy. He was quick to return my call when I had questions and very congenial. We ended up buying a 2016 Outback. Great car ! AJ Miller was our finance person. Very professional and personalable. He made the transaction smooth. I had to take the car in for basic service. Kevin in service was accommodating and professional. Josh, another sales person, helped answer some questions I had about some features on the Outback.
