Best car buying experience It was time to decide whether to lease a new car, or buy out my current car as it was coming off lease. Josh described the differences between my current 2015 Outback and the 2018 and went over the features that were new. He worked with us to get a lease package that met our requirements and even traveled to get the color combination that I wanted and had it back at the dealership the next day. Ryan made sure the car was detailed and completed the delivery of the vehicle as Josh was going to be away with his family. Ryan walked us through programming our phones and setting up some of the new functionality and answered all of our questions. Finally, the Finance Manager, AJ, completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Everything was as we had agreed with no surprises. This experience is how car buying should be. More

I hate the research and the high pressure salespeople. Luckily, I LOVED my last Subaru and knew I wanted to get another one. When I went to the dealership, I met with Nando and he was amazing. He was patient with my 1000 questions (e.g. EyeSight? StarLink?) and never pressured me into the sale. He also did a great job of letting me know my options so that I could make an informed decision without making me feel overwhelmed by the process. I highly recommend Nando and this dealership if you are looking for a Subaru in Jax. More

They also washed my car on the outside (including where oil buildup was accumulated). Well worth the short time I was there to be reassured of no major problems. More

The finance department had me in and out of the office very quickly. I haven't had any problems with my banks finance department. It was completely hassle free. Overall, this is a great dealership. My parents will be coming here to buy there next car! More
