We had absolutely the best automobile purchasing experience ever. Our experience was mainly due to professionalism of Mr. Ralph S. Kurland, the sales person who so kindly and gently dealt with us in experience ever. Our experience was mainly due to professionalism of Mr. Ralph S. Kurland, the sales person who so kindly and gently dealt with us in our effort to choose a car that would interest us. He was not pushy nor was he trying to persuade us to purchase something that we were not interested in buying, or that appealed to us. He never tried to persuade us to buy new over used, or used over new. He simply asked what were we interested in, to include color, style, and size, what were we looking for in the vehicle? We also had a great and easy overall purchasing process with the Business Mgr. Bill Scarbrough; and Jeff Rizzo the Sales Mgr.. Everyone that we came into contact with showed personal interest in us. There were other sales persons there, but Mr. Kurland was the one who came out to greet us and to find out what our interests were? More

Subaru of kennesaw employs one of the most down to earth salesperson i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ralph Kurland sold me my first Subaru back in 2019 and just yesterday, he sold me my 2nd one. He salesperson i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ralph Kurland sold me my first Subaru back in 2019 and just yesterday, he sold me my 2nd one. He doesn't push, he listens and then acts on your behalf to give you a seamless experience. I'm sure all the personnel at Subaru of kennesaw are excellent at their jobs..... but Ralph is the reason I went back !! I would refer him to friends and family alike !! More
