This was m Omg, so I came in having never bought a car at a dealership before and I was so nervous because I had been turned down so many other times. This was my last stop before I gave up. And I wish it had been my first stop. My sales rep was John chambers and he had Byron some one new that he was training with him and they were both amazing. So understanding really listened to what I wanted and was so genuinely honest with me during the whole visit. I am so thankful that he was my sales rep along with Byron. I also had a lot of fun throughout my visit me laughed a lot and told stories it was very personable. Overall wish I could rate my visit a 100 out of 5 it was amazing. Thank you summit place Kia. Everyone should be driving a kia More

We had our 6 year old with us, which can be very stressful. He kept us well informed, when time seemed to drag. The key to a pleasant shopping experience is to be treated with kindness, kept well informed and patient. Our CSR did a top notch job. We would definitely be repeat customers. More

Bought my Kia with lifetime oil change for 10.00. Been coming for 6 years. Established customer. Now they change the rules all of a sudden. I have to have the piece of paper that states that. I switch to Kia because they were honourable and stuck to their word. Now they are acting just like GM service which is the worst! Was going to get a New Kia but Toyota I come. I do not like being played dirty. More
Dealer Really Needs to Learn to Listen to Women I went to this dealership with my wife because she was in the market for a new car. Salesman was named John. John didn't seem to care what my wife I went to this dealership with my wife because she was in the market for a new car. Salesman was named John. John didn't seem to care what my wife had to say about anything. After she would test drive a car, he'd ask for my opinion and not hers. I had to constantly reiterate that it's for my wife, so her opinion is what matters. If my wife gave him information on what she wanted, he would nod his head and forget what she said five minutes later. He cut her off when she was talking. When he walked off to get some information from his boss about a car, my wife and I said we both noticed how he was acting towards her. We decided that I was just going to repeat everything she said so the salesman would actually listen to what she was saying. It was like the "repeat repeat" bit from Super Troopers. I certainly don't want John to lose his job over a bad review, so I hope that if the dealership management sees this they'll keep him gainfully employed. I hope he takes this as constructive criticism so he'll deal with female customers better in the future. Listen to the women, John. More
