I went for the 5000 mile service and oil change and they did an excellent job! The only thing was they charged me full price even though the oil change was on special. Had a problem with the front camera and the guy was not very friendly and pulled a car fax to see if I had wrecked, which I had not done. Scheduled a tire rotation and oil change. When I went to pick it up, only the oil change had been done. Told it would be another 45 minutes -1 hour before they could get to it. So instead of waiting even longer with my 7 month old in tow that I planned my whole appointment around, I had to leave without half the service that I specifically came in for. They decided that scheduling it on a different day was sufficient enough of a fix even after I explained how much effort it took for me to even be able to get my car there once. More

The shop opened at 7:00 a. m. Right on time. I appreciate punctuality. My service advisor, Angelia, was personable and on top of everything - very knowledgeable about my Venza m. Right on time.
