Process went well with the exception of vehicle cleanup which was not done well at all. Floor mats not installed, car still dirty inside and out, plastic shipping still on the car. Delivers, liars on my maintenance program, I bought it till 96,000 miles, they gonna terminate it in 4 yrs!!! Told me not driving enuff miles, only want to service it once a yr!!!
