I made an appointment about 72 hours in advance specifically to replace a tire. When I arrived at the appointed time, the tire was not in stock. I had to leave, and make an appointment for another specifically to replace a tire. When I arrived at the appointed time, the tire was not in stock. I had to leave, and make an appointment for another day. I live over an hour away and had already sacrificed time from work. Additionally, I have to use my spare tire for over a week. This is a significant breakdown of customer service. More

The ladies who saw after me did a great job. They really listened to me and helped me. While I was waiting, I looked at vehicles.
